Jo Meynell - Nutritionist & Dietary Therapist - Nutritional Therapy BSc (Hons), Diploma in anatomy and physiology, University of Westminster, London, UK.

Jo believes that by adapting our diet or lifestyle we can alleviate symptoms of many health conditions and prevent the development of illness, in a natural and effective way. She has a broad range of clinical experience – working one-on-one with clients to help alleviate their health conditions by developing a comprehensive plan that includes dietary, nutriceutical and lifestyle advice. Each case is treated individually, taking into account medical history, personal circumstances and emotional well-being. Jo has an understanding of nutritional biochemistry and the role this has in the communication between all systems, particularly mind and body. As a nutritional therapist, she helps people understand how to take control of their well-being and achieve optimum health.

Kirsten Tremlett -  Naturopath  -  Nutritional Advice

Good nutrition is essential to good health and happiness.
A diet that is balanced in fresh, organic (where & when possible) fruit and vegetables, lean or low fat protein (meat, fish, dairy, legumes, etc), whole grains (not refined carbohydrates) and essential fatty acids (fish, flaxseeds, avocados, nuts and seeds) and pure, filtered water provides all the necessary nutrients for the body.

The closer a food is to its natural state as possible means that it hasn’t been processed or refined, or had preservatives, colourings, or flavour enhancers added to improve its taste, texture or make it last beyond it’s normal shelf life.
Eating ‘a rainbow a day’ where you are eating foods of all different colours ensures that you are getting a wide range of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in your diet.

My emphasis is on encouraging people to eat more of an alkaline diet (less meat, dairy, coffee, sugar and refined grains) so that the blood and body tissues remain in their normal Ph range to allow organs and body systems to function optimally.
I also believe we need to eat more raw foods (70% raw, 30% cooked) so that vital enzymes and nutrients in food are not destroyed through heating and cooking.
When we eat well, we feel well.
Mother Nature provides it in her abundance!

Kirsten provides comprehensive dietary advice as well as weight loss and detox programs. She also uses the VEGA test device to determine food allergies and intolerances which can be performed on people of all ages.
